Beef Jerky

David made this beef jerky per my request and it is the best jerky I've ever had. He used good quality beef bottom round marinade in a very simple sauce.

Ingredients
3 lbs beef bottom round, slice very thin (best to cut it when it's partially frozen).
Sauce for marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
Mix all the sauce ingredients.
Marinade the beef in the sauce for 3 hours.
Put in food dehydrator at 160F for 4-5 hours.
