Happy Cinco De Mayo with this delicious pineapple margarita.
Ingredients
2 ounces mezcal
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce Aperal
1/2 ounce jalapeno simple syrup
the juice of 1 lime or lemon
1/2 ounce raw egg white (optional0
ice
lime wedge and coarse salt for rimming the glass
Preparation Pour the ingredients in to a shaker with ice, shake and enjoy!
